At Highlands, we’re known for our unique drinks and incredible cocktail program that regularly features original creations and updated classics. Each week, we’ll share our secrets, craft a cocktail in front of you—explaining our process the whole way, and let you take home a recipe card so you can make it at home if you so choose!
Please bring $2 for the class when you come in, we’ll pass it along to our favorite organization that could use support from the great people of the Grand Valley, which we rotate monthly.
